Kylie Jenner’s billionaire fortress with 15 rooms and underground bunker is almost complete
Kylie Jenner will soon be saying ‘home sweet home’ to her record-breaking $15 million mega mansion in Hidden Hills.
Aerial shots of the 26-year-old billionaire’s fortress-like mansion taken on Tuesday show that construction has nearly finished, three years after work on the home began.
The 30,000 sq ft ultimate modern farm house was designed by top Canadian architect Richard Landry on a four-acre lot, the biggest in Hidden Hills.
In most recent photos all the top finishings of the home — which will reportedly have 15 bedrooms and an underground bunker once finished — have been completed, including the roof as well as the sauna installation.
Once a barren patch of dirt, the lot has undergone a transformation by dedicated landscapers, who have added vibrant shades of green trees around the home.
The trees will also help Kylie — who is currently dating Dune star Timothée Chalamet, 28 — keep her privacy from any outsiders.
The new home will keep her close to family, as the property is located near her mother Kris Jenner and half-sister Khloe Kardashian’s compounds.
Kris has an 8-bedroom mansion that she bought for $20 million, while Khloe built her home on a property that she purchased for $17 million.
Kylie’s other half-sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian also live nearby.
The exterior walls of Kylie’s home appear to match the grey roofing material. The mom-of-two looks to be adding a large pool in her backyard, which is currently covered by a green roofing.
In order to enter the massive luxury property the star will have to drive through a tunnel that leads underneath the building.
The home will also reportedly have an underground bunker, according to the U.S. Sun.
Though the home is nearing its completion, there are still several steps that need to be taken before the lip kit mogul can move in with her two kids, daughter Stormi, six, and son Aire, two, whom she shares with ex Travis Scott, 32.
The outdoor space is still in need of more landscaping, and there are still exposed wooden planks on the exterior of the home that will need to be finished.
Construction trailers and porterpotties are still visible on the property, meaning workers are continuing to tackle the huge undertaking.
