Georgina Rodriguez has revealed that she “spent four days at the hospital with pneumonia”, but Cristiano Ronaldo’s partner is “finally back home”.

The 30-year-old Spanish-Argentine model has visited Paris Fashion Week and Saint-Tropez over recent weeks, with Portuguese superstar Ronaldo joining her for the second of those trips – as a luxury holiday was enjoyed.

Georgina has, however, informed her social media followers that she has been spending time in medical care. She has posted an image showing an IV drip still in her arm, but she is back in the family home that she shares with Al-Nassr striker Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia.

Georgina has said, when delivering an update on her health after taking in an enforced stay at the Saudi German Hospital: “Finally back home! I spent 4 days at the hospital with pneumonia, I’m better now but still recovering at home with my family. I have to say a big THANK YOU to all the staff members, doctors, nurses and everyone at the hospital… They took care of me so wonderfully and I’m very grateful for that. Thank you all for such a great stay.”

While Georgina has been recovering from a bout of pneumonia, Ronaldo has been in competitive action for Al-Nassr. He was on target, as he continues to chase down 1,000 career goals, against Al-Shabab before playing the full 90 minutes in a 1-0 AFC Champions League win over Esteghlal – with that contest taking place in Dubai.
